Can't join my own Tekkit Server

When I try to join my tekkit server I get, "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset" and my friends also get this error. I would also like to apologise if I put this in the wrong place. (First Post T.T) If any additional information is required please let me know!

Information I missed:-

>Tekkit Server Version: 3.1.2 (Latest from Homepage)
