Bat launcher won't work

Launcher Version: 3.2.1

Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit

Java Version: Java 7 Update 7

Antivirus Program: Eset nod 32 Antivirus

Description of Problem:

When ever i click on the bat file it does nothing.

Error Messages:

Try change -Xmx3G -Xms2G to -Xmx1G -Xms1G
