Khatbert69 Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 Hello - I am successfully using simpleregionmarket to offer a variety of lots to our users. Here is my issue this works great for shops however by default the plugin (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/simple-region-market/) sets a member but not an owner. In 99% of the cases this is a non-issue however it seems that redpower (which is in my ops list) does not want to work without having a user set as an owner. Any thoughts or ideas how to get SRM to assign an owner or if that wont work how to get redpower to not require it. Thanks for your assistance! Quote
darkmists Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 is it redpower2 items or redstone power? i want to recreate the problem so i can help you. as for owners srm only adds members. i have used simpleregionmarket in the past. Quote
Khatbert69 Posted October 23, 2012 Author Posted October 23, 2012 I greatly apologize for my delay in responding to this. We took a look at the residence plugin but decided to return to SRM. However the problem isnt specific to the plugin it appears any teleport pipes put on a worldguarded lot by someone OTHER than the owner will not work. Any solution of either figuring out how to make SRM define the renter as owner OR writing a CH script so they can set themselves as owner after the fact would be helpful. Quote
darkmists Posted October 27, 2012 Posted October 27, 2012 srm will only allow members to be added but the the "use" flag for worldguard should fix that but i will test this Quote
Khatbert69 Posted October 27, 2012 Author Posted October 27, 2012 Correct. SRM only sets as member, i was hoping maybe there was some config i was overlooking since that is not that case I have had to work with some nice folks at CH and make a script that can be run to set owner. Quote
darkmists Posted October 27, 2012 Posted October 27, 2012 cool. but during a test i couldnt get teleport pipes to work even as owner Quote
Khatbert69 Posted October 27, 2012 Author Posted October 27, 2012 If you are owner of the region teleport pipes work fine. We have tested it and confirmed it numerous times. Theres a bunch of other threads around also confirming this to be the case. Quote
darkmists Posted October 27, 2012 Posted October 27, 2012 hmm my test didnt work. i wish i could help you more but i will keep trying to figure it. Quote
Khatbert69 Posted October 27, 2012 Author Posted October 27, 2012 thank you for your help i am very close to having this resolved using a commandhelper script. You can see what we did if you search those forums. Quote
