Description of Problem:

*Solved*We were stupid. There was an energy link setup further down the line and it was bottle necking the energy.

Built my first reactor in SMP based off of the design at http://thetekkit.wikia.com/wiki/Nuclear_Reactor/Easy_Tutorial and it works. But it's only making about 80EU/T. Each reactor chamber has been filled with 7 Ice and the rest Uranium Cells.

It IS generating power so I know it's working. But it's acting like a MV Solar Array.
