I can't do a couple things; please help!

First off, I can't download the game for some reason; I try to download the game but this keeps popping up the application failed to intialize properly.

So when I kept getting that after trying it multiple times over a period of like 4 months, I decided to try and go to 'Questions' to ask why I couldn't.

I couldn't ask a question for some reason, I don't know if it's because I'm 'blind' or something, but there seems to be no 'ask question' button like I read in some forums about it.

If I could get some help figuring out these two problems that would be greatly appreciated.

either your computer can't handle tekkit or you need to go and re-download technic launcher or something
