Description of Problem:

I am not sure if this is a bug, or simply user error somehow, but

when I try using some advanced machines and wish to keep them powered by applying a redstone signal it corrupts my save game.

The first picture is before the redstone torch. It works fine for me I am able to save, and close the client, and restart it just fine without problems. The Rotary Macerator works fine.

The second picture is after the redstone torch is applied. The macerator starts spooling up and again macerates as intended. I can continue to build in my world and macerate items without any errors. I have also recreated this with the Induction Furnace.

The issue is when i save and exit the world I cannot reopen it.

Im my attempts to recreate this error, on some worlds I only see a the HUD, and a black background. On some worlds I see a quick glimpse of my world, with a chunk error centered around the advanced machine.

and finlay my whole computer freezes temporarily. before on the bottom right hind corner i see this error message pop up.

"Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered."

At this point I have to Ctr Alt Del and force stop minecraft.

I have updated my video card drivers.

I have reinstalled java

and have removed the techniclauncher folder completely and started with a new download and new worlds.

I have had some problems in the past before aswell with Tekkit, but now i have the exact same problem.

I startup tekkit, i connect to my server, after a few seconds the screen freezes & gives me the error

Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

I have not changed anything to my computer's software or installed anything new yet i suddenly had this problem.

I searched around for some forums but i have found nothing that seems to fix it.

I have all the latest drivers for all my hardware components, i uninstalled & removed java, re-downloaded & installed it.

That didn't fix it. I uninstalled technic & minecraft, re-downloaded & re-installed. But i still have this problem...

Can anyone please help me? Cause it seems i can't play minecraft anymore at all and i don't want to sell

my account to get the 20€ back i spent on buying the game because well... i LOVE playing minecraft.

Bump , i have the exact same issue and have also found no fix. Its obviously to do with the advanced machines and openGL but other than that im in the dark.

i think it might have something too do with the new vanilla that got released, wich i am playing without any problems, but i still prefer to play tekkit over vanilla any day :(
