PermissionsEx prefixes won't work and Players cant destroy blocks

Hi everyone,

I have some problems with PermissionsEx, it only shows other players prefixes after someone typed inchat /list or any other command with shows someones name.

Does someone know how to fix this?

I also have another problem which is, since yesterday people players without op can not destroy any blocks without first destroying a flower.

(I checked the permissionnodes and they are fine).

Hopefully someone is able to help me

(I usually am very experienced with Minecraft Servers).
