My new server isn't stable :(

I just started my first server and it keeps crashing. It was shutting my whole computer down to a blue screen but I uninstalled Mcmmo and Nolag and not it's just shutting down a couple times a day and putting hs_err_pid files in my server folder D: Also it runs super fast for me and another friend but some people tell me there's huge lag and they can't run computers and such from the lag. I have 16gb so I dedicated 8 to the game and then I upped it to 12gb after lag complaints but it didn't seem to help. I don't know how to add the huge crash files to this post so I'll show you the top and bottom, the middle is mostly 0's lol. Top:
