Wireless redstone + frames crash

Question

Title: Wireless redstone + frames crash

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: 7

Description of Problem:

When I try to move a wireless receiver with RP2 frames, I get a dirt screen, then a white screen. However, the server doesn't crash, just the client of anyone who has the chunk loaded. I know a little bit of java, but this has one of gibberish error logs.

Error Messages:

Error Log:

[WARNING] Received a TileEntityData packet for a location that did not have a TileEntity: (177, 44, 688) 1: 51, 0, 0
