Lag in only one chunk

Description of Problem:

I run my tekkit server to play with some friends, i made a forcefield, Turned it on and off, Now it is 0 FPS in the chunks my house is in. Cleared cache, restarted server, None worked. Is there any way to stop the lag chunk?
