Title: Teleport Pipes: Connected, not sending power/liquids/items
Version: 3.1.2
OS: Windows 7 Professional SP1
Java Version: 1.7.0_07
Description of Problem:
After a mistakenly placed teleport pipe placed next to another one, both set to the same frequency, then one to receive, it entered what appeared to be an inifnite loop, blocking any traffic to the server. I was able to remove these pipes by pulling the world into single player, then back to the server. This led to an error that unfortunately I had not copied, but it was something along the lines of "Trying to place pipe of type: 0 (null), error". Also, most of the pipes that had been placed in the server disappeared, and were replaced by transparent blocks shaped like pipes. After removing all of these, the pipes seemed to all be behaving normally. The teleport pipes could be opened, the frequencies set, and the connected number at the top shows the proper number. With all this, the items don't transport. The power pipes dont show blue lines, the connected items are charging/discharging (as they were before the horrendous crash), liquid pipes arent transporting, item pipes, nada.
Before the infinite loop crash, all of these things were working completely as expected/hoped. I've tried a couple solutions for other teleport issues that I've found online, but nothing is working.
