Tekkit Server Connection

Ok previously, I've had tekkit server trouble, ever since I tried. Anytime I use a IPN I can connect perfectly to the server either using the IPN address or 0.0.0.0 (duh). Currently as a IPN program, I am using Remobo because Hamachi would not allow more than 5 people.I was wondering if anyone out there had any suggestions on how to let other people join my server. When connecting, they receive and "Can't Reach Server" error. If any extra information is needed to come up to a solutions I'm willing to provide reasonable information.
