How to up-date.

So I've been looking at the forums (not a forum person, so you guys are going to probably yell at me), but I can't figure out how to up-date my launcher. I thought the launcher was suppose to up-date by itself, but mine is not. :/ I'm sorry if this is suppose to be somewhere else(or already talked about), like I said, don't usually go on forums because I don't know how they work.

At the moment only the exe (ie Windows version) updates itself. We havent got around to making the jar update itself yet.

Really? You delete your existing one, and download the new version. ???
