Best Town plugin?

Hi,

I was looking for a list of good town plugins for Minecraft Tekkit servers because someone told me that there may be a list on these forums somewhere. But if not, what is the easiest one to set up? I had Towny on my Tekkit server and it was not working properly for me. Plus I don't want like billions of plugins on my server just to run one simple plugin that shouldn't need lots of plugins. That being said, could you point me in the right direction of a good one as Factions fails at life?
