Server Won't Start

Description of Problem:

So i am trying to run a tekkit server on a linux server. i am using multicraft. When i run the server for the first time it turned on fine. I could play, but there were no tekkit items. i look at the FTP and there aren't any mod, config, red power, or buildcraft folders. i install the server onto my windows 7 pc, it runs fine, i can join and play. i move the all the missing folders to the server and it wont start up and i get this error...
