Title: Error loading Railcraft Save Data: Not in GZIP Format

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Java Version: Java Version 7 Update 6

Description of Problem:

It's not really a bug but after load up my Tekkit server it says "Done" then it says "Error loading Railcraft Save Data: Not in GZIP format. What does it mean? If it's any help I had HUGE chunk errors when it started saying that a while ago. I loaded it up one day and I found a wave of sand over my friends house. Yeah. Also there was a huge hole where I assumed the sand really came from. Can anyone help me? Just in case something like what happened to my friends house happens again. Thanks!

The Railcraft data didn't save like it was supposed to IE

power went out

this will continue to spam console until:

1)Delete the world and start over

2)Restore the world from a backup before the power outage

3)Live with console being spammed

4)Die with console still being spammed

5)Wait a while then decide it isn't worth it,then lose all progress since the outage when you restore to the backup

6)Not have a backup to go to and restart the world

7)Go crazy and call your solicitor on Monday

That's completely ridiculous. Just go into the world directory under the server directory (with the server stopped), and delete railcraft.dat. Start it back up, problems solved. Why would you possibly suggest that something like a railcraft problem would be permanently unfixable? Even uninstalling railcraft would take care of it.
