Launcher won't launch

Whenever i try to open Technic Launcher I get the loading circle for a second or so then it disappears and nothing else happens, I've tried running as administrator, still doesn't work

Running on Windows 10 Pro if that's relevant

All you have to do is just update your java

I'm having an identical problem, but updating Java hasn't fixed it. Before anyone asks, I've triple checked that only the latest java is installed. I've even tried deleting my technic files and exe, to see if a fresh download would do the trick. It downloaded all the files and assets nicely, but the result was the same. The launcher remains stuck at the Logo. I'm running Windows 10, just like OP.
