How do I make a Tekkit Classic server ?

Hi. Id like to create a tekkit classic server to play with a friend, however, I do not know how. Ive used the Tekkit wiki which tells me how but the link provided to the server files is broken and I dont know how to gain access to these files in any other way. Any help ?

I used this to make a small server for me a my friends. If you was thinking more of a public server i would consider looking into a 24/7 Dedicated Server! xD
