Everytime I Go On A Hexxit Server After A Few Seconds It Kicks Me Off The Server

When I Went On A Hexxit Server And After A Couple Of Seconds This Happens And Sorry By The Way I Can't take a screenshot of it because in the connection lost menu in Hexxit i can't take A Screenshot But i can tell you what happened and what the error was So here it is

Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException:Read timed out

Please help me
