Very laggy on higher spec pc

Description of Problem:

I posted earlier describing a memory problem. after upping the usage to the maximum level the game remains very laggy.

my pc has 6gb, 750gb hard drive and is running Intel i5 processor so its no slouch.

any help would be appreciated as im frustrated at just getting this to run smoothly

I've seen lots of people with different variations of this problem. I had it last week. Then I decided to see if I could find a fix, I couldn't. I made this video showing what I did. Hopefully it'll work. If it doesn't let us know. www.youtube.com/watch?v=KI43iXxrfYQ I want to get this basic fix tested first. Oh yeah! And the other YouTube fixes work for some people so I suggest checking that if all else fails. (They didn't work for me but it did work for some other people with the problem) [EDIT: Many problems happen on 64 bit Windows. I believe it has to do with Java. It may be the Game running 32 bit java on a 64 bit version of Windows or something along those lines]

Oh and If it doesn't fix it could you include your system specs, average fps while playing and your video settings on Tekkit.
