Title: Items disappeared after crash

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit

Java Version: SE Runtime Environment build 1.7.0_04-b22

Description of Problem:

It's pretty simple: I came back from mining dumped a couple of coal, gold and iron ores in my chest and made iron boots and a helmet. Went out to kill a creaper and the tekkit launcher went white. After a while my computer said it was not responding, I closed tekkit and relaunched it. When I relaunched my coal, gold and iron ores were gone but I still had my iron boots, but not the helmet.
