When attempting to download any new modpack, such as voxelbox, the bar will display that it is downloading minecraft.jar, but once it reaches 98%, the message "Update Failed" appears.
Following advice in other threads, I have attempted to clear the cache; run the update without windows firewall or mse running; the previous, but after downloading a new version of the launcher exe; and also raising the allocated memory.
