Error trying to launch latest dev build of technic

Launcher Version: technic 7.3.4 for minecraft 1.4.2 launcher 1.0.2

Operating System: Mac OSX 10.6.8 64bit 2.2ghz quad core i7 8GB DDR3 1333

Java Version: 1.6.0

Antivirus Program: none

Description of Problem:

When I try to launch the latest dev build of technic (7.3.4) it flashes a white screen like its trying to load and a small window appears for a second that only has "Hello" in the title bar and then I get the error message "Minecraft failed to start, errors reported in log" after clicking "ok" it returns me to the launcher.
