So no madder what mod pack, even vanilla in the Technic launcher, when in game I get 60+ FPS. When I move the mouse around the movment is jumpy and sometimes Rubber bands me looking down while fps stays constant. But the odd part is if I just walk around without moving the mouse its perfectly fine. The choppy video is only when I move the mouse. But the even weirder part is that couple of days ago this was not happening. Also to note that this seems to only happen in Single Player, when on a server, perfectly fine.
