I can 't play any modpacks

I can't play any modpacks.

They start and then it is back to the launcher

same problem for me, normal minecraft launcher works fine, but technic fails to start anything, even vanilla.

i have tried a few different things, none have worked so far.
manually updating graphics driver.
reinstalling Technic Launcher.
enable/disable stencil buffer.
installing older versions of java
launching with either 32/64 bit java.

so far nothing i try works. if anyone has a fix, please do share.
