Server wont Start up

So i was updateing to tekkit 3.1.3, and it wont startup now, ive tried to delete all files except the worlds, plugins, and whiteists/configs, please help

You should have posted this in the Tekkit BUG board. We need to know what error messages you are getting, they will be in your server.log file in your server folder.

Upload the log to a site like pastebin and give us a link to it.

We also need to know what operating system you are running as well as what version of Java you have.

Next time I would stop here. If they get to the right place, they'll hopefully give the right information. If they don't, that's when you can ask for more. Letting people think for themselves is something we encourage around here.
