i cant use hack/mine? please tell me. i cant even activate the other launchers but i can figure that out later right now im focused on hack/mine. i can only use tikket? do you know why?

I REALLY WANT TO PLAY THE OTHER MOD PACKS! i want hack/mine at the moment but it wont work? it says update failed and stuff? i would really like to know how to get it to work. and if possible how to get the other things to work? thank you.
