Technic launcher freezes at logo!

Antivirus Program: Avast

Description of Problem:

I reinstalled the tekkit launcher and now when i open it the logo comes up and stays. I have played alot, this just happend today when i opened my launcher

Error Messages:

No error message. Launcher wont open
