Server will not launch

Title: Server will not launch

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: jre6

Description of Problem:

It isnt 3.1.2, it wont let me select 'Tekkit server 3.1.3'.

It isnt letting me use the launch.bat file- error message below. cant copy+paste so i typed it out, and pressing any key to continue closes it like when you use the '/stop' command as server admin to stop the server.

Error Log:

there is no system variable for java, google will be your friend

also jre 6 will cause errors you need to update, but that is unrelated to your problem at hand
