Title: IC2 crafting recipes problem - Tekkit 3.1.3

Description of Problem:
When you try and look up IC2 crafting recipes they will not show. This is due to the update of IC2 to v1.103 and the NEI plugin doesn't work with it. I suggest to downgrade back to IC2 v1.97 and keep NEI v1.2.2.4 or update NEI to v1.3.X and get the NEI plugins associated with it for IC2 v1.103. One problem with upgrading NEI is that the Bukkit port of is v1.2.2.4 so you can't have stuff like the magnet and heal buttons while on a server. Hope this helps and maybe someone can Bukkit port NEI 1.3.X because I have to say that version is alot cooler and I really want the updated IC2
