"Severe" Server Messages/Players Cannot Connect

Title: Severe Server Messages/Players Cannot Connect

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Mac OS X Lion: 10.7.4

Java Version: Java 6 Update 35

Description of Problem:

When the server starts up, this Error message displays and no one is able to get on the server because all they get are end of stream messages. I think this has to do with Buildcraft's pipes, but im not sure.

Replace the buildcraft/api in the railcraft zip with the buildcraft/api in the buildcraft core zip for both the client and server.

Using my fix above still leaves IC2 Nuclear Control (Just update this to 1.1.11 on client and server), Advanced Machines, and Rock Crushers broken.
