Update Failed error when trying to download an old version of Technic

Launcher Version: 1.0.2.5

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Java Version: Java 7 Update 9

Antivirus Program: Microsoft Security Essentials

Description of Problem:

When trying to download a PREVIOUS version of Tekkit it gives me the update failed error after minecraft.jar download reaching 100%, I think it is because it downloads the 1.4.5 instead of the 1.1 jar(i want version 6.0.7 of technic, it uses 1.1). Well I'm no expert anyway, here are the logs.
