Update Failed error when trying to download an old version of Technic

Description of Problem:

When trying to download a PREVIOUS version of Tekkit it gives me the update failed error after minecraft.jar download reaching 100%, I think it is because it downloads the 1.4.5 instead of the 1.1 jar(i want version 6.0.7 of technic, it uses 1.1). Well I'm no expert anyway, here are the logs.

I guess there is no 1.4.5-1.1 patch available

If you use MCNostalgia you might be able to get a 1.1 Jar for the launcher to use

I did but where do I put it?

Ive tried putting it in cache, temp and the bin folder...

As i said, i wasn't entirely sure if that method works. Either you've done something wrong or I was wrong myself
