Title: Tekkit Client crashes when on server when activating EE rings

Version: 3.1.3

OS: Windows 7-32 bit

Java Version: java 7

Description of Problem:

When i go on my server with my friends and i activate the rings in EE it crashes my client. EX:if i press C to activate like the Ring Of Ignition it crashes my client but the server is fine. There is no error log and no error messages it just crashes and dosen't respond.

I can't reproduce this. Try checking techniclauncher/logs/launcher_0.log for the error.

Ive Found Out Its Not with Server Its Just EE Wont Work With The Client Even In Single player it crashes
