I have installed technic launcher yesterday, by now I have tryed to download the 1.7.10 pack and tekkit legends, both give me the error that they cant download http://resources.download.minecraft.net/e8/e8b89f316f3e9989a87f6e6ff12db9abe0f8b09f. I tryed downloading the file directly from the internet, and it worked, the only problem is that I dont know where to put the file.

By now i have also tryed to simply install the vanilla technic 'mod' and this one also gives me an error, this time for failing to download http://resources.download.minecraft.net/e8/e8d0df494880f2067bb64d08a7428a78239c9a29
I have looked up information on past topics but i couldnt vind any help.
Can somebody please help me?
