Problem connecting to authserver.mojang.com

Yeah, I think I already know what the problem is for this bug but I don't know the solution to it. I did some security updates today which I think blocked out the server and now I can't connect to the authentication servers. So yeah, I think it's something to do with my anti-virus or firewall. I have tried disabling them both but nothing works.

I have also tried re-installing both Minecraft and Technic Launcher.

 

Any solutions would be appreciated
