AE Auto Crafting - Extended

Hi Technic/Tekkit Community,

So I already know how to setup autocrafting on a request basis. But I want to start moving my ME System over to an always stocked system (In which if item X drops below Y, make more). But I've run into a problem, I know furnaces and that can be controlled by redstone but I need to know how I can do crafting for the in between phases. And the crafting needs to be controllable.

Example:

Making advanced processor assembly (Crafting step), which feeds into a furnace to smelt it into an advanced processor.
