Every technic mod pack is super laggy

So every mod pack I've tried in the technic launcher and every time I load a mod pack it's super laggy it installs perfectly and the when I starts the game ethier it's won't load and stays on the Mojang screen or loads the mod pack but had almost 0fps even the menu is laggy at the start can anybody help I've tire d all the settings to the fastest option and still  is 0 fps one weird thing I noticed was when I go in the options menu in game it works fine and I turned on the option to see my fps and it has 150 + fps
