Attack of the B Team random screen freeze

Hello! So I recently got back into AOTB, and on the first day of playing, everything ran perfectly. However, since about 2 days ago, my game's screen will randomly freeze then go into a "Not Responding" state. I haven't changed any settings what so ever and run the pack on 3GB of RAM. Its not my whole computer freezing since i am able to alt tab out and even click around. I hear the game continuing but the game's screen freezes. If anyone has any tips or suggestions on how to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

 

PS: I have reinstalled the pack 4 times, re-installed the launcher twice, and restarted my computer once.

EDIT: After some testing, I have found that all other modpacks besides Tekkit Legends do this. I see absolutely no reason as to why this is not happening to Legends.
