mac server engines doesnt work

Title: mac server engines doesnt work

Version: 3.1.2

OS: MacOS

Java Version: newest

Description of Problem:

i run a small, default tekkit server on my macbook pro 13 inch newest gen. whenever i start up any type of engine, it extends, and then afterwards, all entities become bugged for about 30 seconds and then the server crashes. I have done the ame thing on windows and the same computer, and it works on windows 7, but i can't use quarries, oil drills, item pipes, or anything else i love about tekkit

PS: on singleplayer, the same thing occcurs, but when the engine extends, tekkit immenitatly; goes to "saving chunks, and then crashes.

Error Messages:

DURR, U WANNA PLAY TEKKIT? NOPE. NO TEKKIT TODAY

my bad, server log doesnt show on mac, and besides, i'm probably not the only one with this problem.

I was about to post about this. It seems that every "engine" in multiplayer and single player will cause the server or world to crash once you turn it on. This problem might only be for macs but if you have any engines running at all your world will become unplayable. Also my server said the problem is with buildcraft because "receivePower" is not a valid method.
