Major lag problems renduing gameplay impossible

So I wanted to play pixelmon so I hopped onto my minecraft(havent used it in ages)

Downloaded

When I entered it first took 3 seconds for the game to register that I actually clicked the button

so I thoguht maybe cause I just booted it up

I go to a pixelmon server and bam I can't even look around or move without waiting 5 seconds

I restarted it stayed desame

 

Been trying for hours

Im so desperate that I signed up on this forum and posted this

what java do you have? That may be the problem, you might not have enough ram
