Custom Mod Pack launches as Vanilla

So I made this custom modpack for my friends and I and It launches in vanilla everytime I try. My modpack is modpack.jar not modpack.jar.jar, and I believe I have everything else right, it just wont work. The url for the pack is.  @HUNTMAN68 What tutorial did you follow? can you link it?
 

Your forge jar is messed up. Use this one. Rename it to modpack.jar after downloading and put it in the bin directory.

Make a new zip like you did before and re-upload.

Now you can start debugging the rest of the problems if you find any.
