Minecraft crashes when loading mods.

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows 7 ultimate x86

Java Version: x64

Antivirus Program: Avast free antivirus

Description of Problem:

When i try to load technic the following error message appears.

Error Messages:

NOTE: Before this happened i had the saving chunks problem, and the error happened after i tried allocating more memory.
