3.1.3 Server / World Crash with Obsidian Pipes

Hiya,

since i dont have the privileges to post in the bug forums, i wanted to ask here if anybody has the same problem.

I updated today my Server to 3.1.3 and got a weird problem.

Everytime an Item touches a obsidian pipe the server crashes with following messages:

I have to delete the complete world to fix it.

Known Bug? Fixable? Any Workarounds?
