Can't find certain items in the transmutation tablet

So I put in nearly everything I had in the transmutation tablet, because I could just learn it and take it back when needed, but now I can only see the highest emc value items and take those out, how can I find lower emc values and get those? I saw a video where someone had a search bar, but I can't find one on mine.
