Description of Problem:

When I run Tekkit on a home server it generates the folders inside Mods - ComputerCraft/lue/rom/programs

When I install tekkit onto my Fragnet VPS (tried both Fragnets version and also uploading the .zip to the server) it will not create the string of folders. I have tried to add the folders manually but this does not work either.

This prevents me from using my own .lua files.

I have no errors in the log, I have no other plugins or additional mods, only whats included in tekkit.

I have contacted Fragnet and they say its nothing to do with them.
