Blightfall server error, falling through world, timing out

Been playing Blight fall with a friend, But world keeps getting corrupted. Clearing all entities solves the problem, but deletes all vital quest NPCS. 

Here is the error that keeps infinitely repeating.

Any help would be immensely appreciated, we'll lose hours of work.
