None of my modpacks start including Technic made mod packs

I downloaded technic launcher because I wanted to play some cool minecraft modpacks, but everytime I try to start up a modpack it just stays on the Technic Launcher.It will show a loading bar then do nothing. Also I should mention these packs are in 1.7.10. This also happened in Tekkit Legends.

I have the same problem, It doesnt matter if I uninstal the mod pack or change javas or even disable the antivirus, nothing helps. It only seems to run on 32 bit java and even then It runs out of memory.
