Voltz not installing/downloading

I've attached the error to my post.

Everytime I try to install the modpack, it gets up to around 25-30%, and when it gets to downloading the atomic science pack, the download stops and this error comes up, I've been to the link it shows, and the mirrored file downloads without and issue, I've also attached my log files. Please help me out I can't figure this out.
