launch bug Technic launcher won't open at all

So I've been playing the technic launcher for a little bit now and one day I had to restart my computer because my browser was being buggy and next time I try to launch the technic launcher the blue spinning wheel on my mouse shows up and nothing happens after no technic icon showing up in the middle of the screen and no log

Ok I figured out that the problem was with java so just reinstall java  and you should be fine
