Info: Launcher launches TPPI, then, once the white Mojang symbol appears and remains for a few seconds, it crashes and the Technic launcher reopens. I attempted to use the Technic Discord server in order to have the help bot analyze the log and respond with a solution, to no avail. Optifine has been added to the TPPI Modpack.
